Golf Course Advisors (GCA) will find the course that’s right for you based on your desired location and financial capabilities. This can be accomplished in one of several ways:
- One Stop Shopping for all Golf Courses Listed for Sale: Many courses, in addition to those offered by Golf Course Advisors (GCA) on this web site, are available on web sites of other golf course brokers. You are encouraged to review these sites and see if any of the courses listed by name or description may meet your needs. With your authorization and cooperation, GCA will wo
- rk with any of the other golf course brokers and secure the information for you to make an evaluation of the facility. GCA will require a course specific Confidentiality Agreement from you to acquire information from other Brokers and course owners for evaluation of the facility.
- Unlisted Golf Courses – Private Listings: Golf Courses Advisors (GCA) has access to a large number of courses that are usually not known to be for sale by other brokers. The identity of these courses must be kept confidential at the request of the owners due to employee and membership issues. These courses are made available to only those prospective buyers that have been pre-qualified and agree to the terms of the GCA Buyer Agent Agreement and submit a Buyer Profile. A phone call to GCA is recommended if the Buyer has questions or concerns regarding the requirements for evaluation of these properties.
Sellers:
Golf Course Advisors (GCA) has a current mailing list of over 300 prospective buyers. If your golf course is available for sale, GCA will work with you on the development of marketing material for distribution to our prospective buyers; feature your golf course on the GCA web site (by name or just by location if desired for confidentiality reasons) or we can handle the availability of your course as a private listing. GCA would welcome your call for discussions on the best and most effective way to position your course for a quick sale.
